Bolivian blankets

these Bolivian blankets at the
Thunderbird hotel in Marfa
are making me want to trade in
my beloved suzani.

they even sell them in the gift shop.
i'd go for the red-orange-pink combo.

simple life

i stumbled across this website and was captivated by the simple interiors.
such a great mix of modern architecture and humble design.
i especially love that third picture.
the traditional wood banister with all that white,
gives the modern furnishings such a quirky feel.
